Dr. Abrar Y Charolia holds a dental degree from the University of Mumbai, India with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) where he graduated in the year 2000. He immigrated to Canada in the year 2012 to pursue a DDS by direct licenses program through National Dental examination board of Canada, of which he completed the equivalency process in 2016.
Dr. Charolia has practiced in multiple community settings ranging from practices in Mumbai (India), the GTA and Windsor. Having a diverse perspective on dentistry and different patient demographics, Dr. Charolia really understands the unique needs of dental patients. Currently, Dr. Charolia is a member of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO), and the Ontario Dental Association (ODA).
With 22+ years of experience as a dentist, the comprehensive clinical expertise allows Dr. Charolia to complete patient care with the great success. He has considerable experience in all areas of four-handed dentistry and a thorough knowledge of medical-dental process and procedures of patient processing together with administrative skills. Dr Charolia believes in the simple principle of “PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE” in treating his patients.
Outside of work he enjoys spending quality time with his 2 kids, Muhammad Aariz and Juveria. He’s also active and plays a lot of sports with his kids such as soccer, basketball and a bunch of board games.
